Adam Kaufman has been a leader in executive search since 1990. With a sharp eye for talent and strategy, he has been successfully connecting Southern California’s most prominent companies with exceptional talent. Throughout his career, Adam has built a specialized practice focusing on placing top-tier Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Human Resources professionals.

Adam began his career at KPMG, where he earned his C.P.A. license. Prior to founding Kaufman Search Group, Adam Kaufman was a Partner with one of the leading executive search firms in Southern California, where he built the firm’s presence in the greater Los Angeles area over 27 years.

A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He resides in Calabasas, California, with his wife and is a proud father of two adult children.
